BBQ in school and Stay overnight in school
The bus will come to WS at about 4+going to 5
We will reach Airport by about 5.15 or so
Day 1(28 Oct)
Assemble at Changi Airport
MAKE SURE PASSPORT IS 6 MONTHS VALID FROM TIME OF DEPARTURE!
Check in at 0510
Meer upon arrival and transfer to Kanchanburi World War II Memorial
Lunch at local Restaurant
Depart to River Kwai Village to enjoy walking Rally
- There are 7 stations for the Rakky
- These include Funny Net, Ropes bridge, Fatal Raft, The Logs Bridge, Paddles Pop, Jungle Maze and Flying Fox!
Transfer to Resotel pier for boat trip along the unspoiled wild jungle raft to visit ethnic Mon Tribe village
To see their cultural way of living, school, fruit and vegetables plantation.
Return to pier then tranfer back to Resotel
Dinner and overnight stay at Resotel
Day 2(28 Oct)
Breakfast in Resotel
After breakfast,
Depart for trekking in the forest following the old bed railways traks built by former P.O.W
Lunch: Lunch Box
Depart for community work in a local school
CIP programme
Dinner and overnight stay at Resotel
Day 3(30 Oct)
Breakfast at Resotel
After breakfast,
Visit Thai-Burma Railway museum, War Cemetery and the famous Bridge over the River Kwai
- The bridge over the River Kwai which was constructed in 1942 by Japanese using the prisoners of war and their army to transport suppiles and troops between Burma and Thailand.
Lunch at local Restaurant
Visit Ban Khao Museum a Neolithic(Over 4000 years old) burial site discovered by P.O.W
-Museum houses remains, axe heads, jewellery made from animal bones.
Transfer to Bangkok- Enroute stop at Nakom Pathom chedi to visit the largest Pagoda in South East Asia
Dinner at local Indian Restaurant
Overnight accommodation in Bangkok
Day 4(31 Oct)
Breakfast at Hotel
Depart for Siam Park
Enjoy the exciting variety of water activities found at water amusement park
- I don't think need to wear swim wear
Transfer to shopping in Bangkok
Transfer for departure flights to Bangkok Suyamabhumi for flight departure back to Singapore
Arrive Singapore
End of Tour!
